Join our team of “Big Kids” and CEM (Chief Executive Monkeyman) for 7 unforgettable days of adventure, play and movement in one of the world’s five Blue Zones: in Paraiso, Costa Rica. Feed the little monkey inside you with swinging from the trees, rolling around on the sand and on our playground to rediscover the magic of nature, movement and play.

Your Private Paradise: StayTrue Retreat Center

You will enjoy full access to this peaceful sanctuary nestled between two of the most beautiful beaches on the Pacific Ocean, where jungle energy meets salty sea breeze.

Located in Paraiso (yes we are literally in paradise), just a short walk from 7 astounding connected beaches all within walking distance, StayTrue is intentionally designed for retreats. You’ll practice in an open-air training space, listen to the ocean waves while gazing at the stars, and dine on nourishing, locally sourced meals prepared by local abuelas (that’s Spanish for grandma).

Each cozy room or casita includes modern comforts like A/C, high-speed internet, and private patios—while still immersing you in the sounds of nature and the rhythm of pura vida.

How You’ll Experience Costa Rica

Beyond your daily rhythm of movement and exploration, this retreat is a multi-sensory immersion into the abundant beauty and vibrancy of Costa Rica.

You’ll connect with the land and sea through unforgettable excursions:

Snorkeling and diving sessions where you can see all kinds of wildlife from stingrays & spotted eagle rays, wild variety of reef fish and maybe even some turtles too.

Fun filled beach escapes where we can explore the hidden tide pools that only the locals know about, “oooooh and aaaaah” at the turtle trails on the beach, climb, crawl and swing from the trees on the coast. All these trees by the ocean also make for the best Hammock sessions with some fresh tropical fruit and coconut water awaiting to refuel all your “hard work” at having fun.

This is our pledge to you, to see every amazing sunset while you’re on this trip with us. Getting lost in the natural wonder of the sun setting into the Pacific Ocean, where you can admire the skies bathing in gold, pink, purple and orange hues, all with a dreamy jungle backdrop.
